2-ingredient Flatbread
  1. Place the sour cream or yogurt in a large bowl then start adding the self-rising flour about a third of it at a time.

  2. Use a wooden spoon or clean hands to mix the dough together.

  3. Once the dough comes together pour it out onto a floured surface and knead it for just a few minutes.

  4. Shape the dough into a flat disc. Then cover the dough with a damp paper towel or cloth and let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Cut the dough into 6 to 8 equal parts and then roll each piece up into a ball.

  6. Roll them flat with a rolling pin, about ⅛th to ¼th inch thick.

  7. Heat a skillet on medium and lay the flatbread onto the bottom of the hot skillet.

  8. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds on each side until golden brown.

  9. Once both sides are cooked place the flatbread on a plate.

  10. Enjoy the fresh flatbread with various dips or fillings.

  11. Note:If you don't have self-rising flour, just make your own with 2 cups of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, and ½ tsp. of salt.
