Make the rub by combining the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Coat the pork ribs with the rub.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the bbq sauce.
Place the pineapple slices on top of the ribs.
Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
