Ingredients:
8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles
½ lb ground beef
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp grated ginger
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic and ginger until browned. Add soy and hoisin sauces.
Toss noodles with beef mixture. Serve hot.
