Homemade Phish Food
  1. Heat milk and cream until simmering

  2. Add chocolate chips and cocoa powder, whisk until combined

  3. Whisk egg yolks and sugar together, slowly add hot milk mixture

  4. Heat custard until thickened, do not let it boil

  5. Chill mixture in the fridge for at least 8 hours

  6. Churn mixture in ice cream maker for about 30 minutes

  7. Add caramel swirls, marshmallow fluff swirls, and chocolate chunks

  8. Let the ice cream set in the freezer for a few hours before serving
