Dad's Steamed Eggs: A Chinese Chef's Secrets!
  1. fill dutch oven with water, it should go ⅓ the way up on the side of a dinner bowl. Put the lid on and let this come to a boil.

  2. Mean while, mix the bouillion into the water, crack the eggs into a bowl. add your "broth" and whisk till frothy

  3. Strain this mixture through a mesh strainer, into a dinner bowl (ceramic).

  4. Once the water in the pot comes to a boil, put the egg mixture (in the bowl) into the water. Pop the lid back on and drop the heat to a 6. Let it simmer/steam for 8 minutes

  5. Once the dish is done steaming, remove from pot. Top with sesame oil, soy suace, chili crisp, and/or scallion

  6. Enjoy, I recommend topping with chili crisp or serving with something crisp on the side since the eggs are very pudding-like. (so good)
