Air Fryer Shoestring Fries
  1. Thinly slice the potatoes using a knife or a food processor for the best results.

  2. Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 2-3 hours, or overnight if preferred, to reduce starch and achieve crispiness.

  3. Drain the water using a sieve.

  4. Coat the fries with some olive oil, using a brush or your hands to spread it evenly.

  5. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

  6. Place the shoestring fries in the air fryer basket.

  7. Cook the fries for 10-12 minutes at 190°C (375°F), stirring once or twice during cooking.

  8. In a bowl, mix the seasoning with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  9. Toss the partially cooked fries in the seasoning mixture.

  10. Continue cooking at 190°C (375°F) for another 10-12 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

  11. Serve the fries immediately.
