Homemade Fruit Leather
  1. Preheat oven to 150°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. Blend fruit puree and applesauce in a blender/food processor until completely combined.

  3. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheets and spread into an even thin layer. Bake for 5 hours.

  4. After 5 hours, check if fully dehydrated. If not, continue baking, checking every 30 minutes.

  5. Once fully dehydrated, let cool for 1 hour, then peel from paper/mat. Cut each sheet into 4 pieces and roll up.

  6. Store rolled leathers in an airtight container for easy grab-and-go snacking.
