Mince the coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, and ginger together.
Add salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, lemon juice, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, and paprika. Mix everything.
Take the chicken breast and make some cuts in it. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for an hour or cook it straight away.
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish.
Air fry the chicken at 190°C for 15-17 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 7-8 minutes.
Serve the spicy soy sauce chicken breast with steamed rice.
