Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a muffin pan, either with cupcake liners or by lightly spraying with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla, scraping the sides of the bowl periodically to get the mixture nice and smooth.

  3. Add in the eggs and yogurt and beat again, still scraping down the edges.

  4. Once that mixture is nice and creamy, beat in the cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Finally, add the flour 1 cup at a time.

  6. Once that is mixed in, slowly add the milk as you continue to beat until everything is well combined.

  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and spoon into the prepared muffin pan.

  8. Bake for 25-29 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
