Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
  1. Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake liners.

  2. Melt ¾ cup of chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Spoon ½ tablespoon melted chocolate into each liner, spread evenly, and freeze 10 minutes.

  4. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until creamy.

  5. Scoop 2 teaspoons of peanut butter mixture into each liner, flatten, and freeze 10 minutes.

  6. Add 1 teaspoon of marshmallow creme to each cup and smooth with a damp fingertip. Freeze another 10 minutes.

  7. Melt remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and cover each cup completely.

  8. Freeze 10 minutes until firm. Peel liners and serve chilled.
