Keto & Low Carb cauliflower Mac n cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Steam or blanch the cauliflower.

  3. Take one block of cream cheese and microwave it for 2 minutes, take it out add about a half cup heavy cream.

  4. Mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 tablespoon of salted butter.

  5. Microwave for another minute.

  6. Put cauliflower in a oven safe dish top with cheese mixture.

  7. Stir. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until golden brown and bubbly at 400 degrees. About 25 minutes.
