Aura Kitchen's Habanero Salsa
  1. Roast the chiles in a dry skillet or comal.

  2. Clean the chiles and cut them into thin strips.

  3. Add orange juice and lime juice.

  4. Add oregano and salt to taste.

  5. Let the salsa rest before serving.

Traditional from the Yucatán peninsula. Try adding red onion sliced into half moons. For a smoother version, blend with a roasted tomato.
