  1. Soften the gelatin in ½ cup of cold water.

  2. Scald the 2 cups of Moon Juice with ½ cup of sugar.

  3. Beat the mixture for 8 minutes with the remaining ½ cup of sugar.

  4. Temper the mixture and cook until thickened.

  5. Stir and drain the mixture.

  6. Line a loaf pan with fingers.

  7. Whip the 1 ½ cups of cream with the vanilla bean.

  8. Carefully pour the whipped cream mixture into the loaf pan.

  9. Refrigerate until set.
