Preheat oven to 425° & like a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Squeeze some moisture out of the grated zucchini with a paper towel. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients together until combined. *Do not over-mix. Form 14 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 13-15 minutes on middle upper rack in the oven.
