Achiote Paste
  1. Blend the achiote seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, oregano, peppercorns, and cloves in a food processor to make a fine ground spice blend.

  2. Add the salt, garlic cloves, orange juice, lime juice, and white vinegar to the spice blend and blend until a smooth, consistent paste is formed.
