Blend the prawns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, salt and pepper in a food processor until a coarse paste forms.
Spread the prawn mixture evenly onto the bao buns.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Air fry the bao buns at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until the prawn mixture is cooked through and the buns are lightly golden.
