Chili Garlic Shrimp
  1. Thaw shrimp, cut a slit down the back to butterfly and pat dry with a napkin

  2. Chop your garlic and cilantro

  3. On medium heat to a skillet, add olive oil and butter

  4. Turn down the heat and add in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds without burning

  5. Sprinkle in the chili flakes, paprika, and cilantro

  6. Give it a mix and then add a little bit of water to create a sauce

  7. Drop in the shrimp . Increase heat to medium

  8. Season shrimp with salt and give it a good mix

  9. Drizzle on the Sriracha sauce and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice and mix gently

  10. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes to ensure that the shrimp has cooked and then immediately removed from the heat so that you do not cook away the sauce

  11. Serve as is or with rice / pasta
