Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan.
In a large roasting tray, lay out the peeled and quartered potatoes. Nestle the chicken legs on top.
Prepare the marinade by combining all the ingredients in a jug and whisking until smooth.
Pour the marinade all over the chicken and potatoes, making sure all bits are coated (mix with your hands if needs be).
Cover the tray with foil and bake for a total of 1 hour and a half, removing the foil halfway through and turning the chicken and potatoes over to ensure they cook evenly.
Serve immediately, with tzatziki and a mixed Greek salad (optional).
