Boo&apos;s Ridiculous Brownies

15-20g of flour (less flour= fudgier, more flour: spongier/cakier) 20g coconut flour

21g unsweetened cocoa powder

15g chocolate protein powder (used foodspring whey chocolate flavor)

1-2g baking powder, pinch of salt

Tsp flavor drops (optional, used coffee flavor)

45g erythritol (used 35, because protein powder was already sweetened)

120g diet coke

Egg whites (makes it fluffier) & butter extract (gives it the ultimate butter vanilla taste)

Mix the dry ingredients then slowly pour in the coke and whisk until just combined.
Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 F till the dough isn't jiggly anymore and has set firm.
If you like it on the fudgier side, you can take it out before it's completely solid, but then you can't take it out of the pan and probably have to spoon it out like a lava cake.
