This is a GUESSIPE! My FIRST round of edits for this vibes based bullshit. So make with caution, and if it sounds wrong, go with your instinct and help me make it perfect! I have not tried it like this yet.
Preheat oven to 325 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar and eggs vigorously for 1 minute until completely combined. We are attempting to get the sugar and eggs to interact and create a crackly top on our brownie. Idk how it will go with artificial sweetener. Let’s figure it out.
Melt the chocolate chips by microwaving on half power at 30 second intervals, taking it out to stir every time for at least 10 seconds to prevent chocolate from needlessly heating extra and burning.
Whisk the melted chocolate into the wet ingredients until completely combined.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until completely combined. Batter should be thick.
Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the oats to absorb everything! This helps the texture!
Dump it into the pan and spread it/push to the corners with a spatula. Sprinkle more chips on top if you like.
Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean i guess????
Let cool completely before lifting the brownies out of the pan by the edges of the parchment and onto a cutting board to square-ify.
Keep in an airtight container. I feel like these would slap chilled in the fridge. Enjoy with almond milk, is my personal recommendation. :)
