Mushroom Rice
  1. Melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan

  2. Add soup cans and mushrooms with liquid

  3. Bring all ingredients to a boil

  4. Add 14 ounces uncooked long grain white rice to pan

  5. Return to a boil

  6. Lower to simmer and cover

  7. Cook on low until all liquid is absorbed

  8. Remove cover and serve
