Rose Candy Apples
  1. Combine sugar, water, and light corn syrup in a heavy pot and stir well

  2. Boil on medium high heat without stirring until mixture reaches 295°F

  3. Remove from heat

  4. Add pink or red gel food coloring and white gel food coloring to the mixture

  5. Add strawberry extract and mix well

  6. Once mixture stops boiling, start dipping apples into the mixture

  7. Allow excess mixture to drip inside of rose mold

  8. Allow apple to rest inside of mold for at least 30 minutes

  9. Enjoy
