Morning Energy Bars
  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, coconut, and ground flax seeds

  2. In a separate medium bowl, microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave on High for 30 seconds, stir until smooth. Add almond milk and vanilla, stir until well combined and crumbly

  3. Sprinkle half the chocolate chips in the bottom of a 9x9 square baking dish. Crumble mixture evenly into pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top. Press mixture firmly into pan

  4. MAKE IT NOW: Remove from refrigerator and cut into 8 bars. Serve immediately

  5. MAKE A FREEZER MEAL: Remove from refrigerator and cut into 8 bars. Wrap each bar individually in plastic wrap. Place bars in a labeled gallon-size freezer bag. Seal, removing as much air as possible, and freeze

  6. THAW AND SERVE: Remove desired number of bars from freezer bag, returning bag to the freezer. Let thaw on the counter to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and enjoy
