Beer-battered Crispy Fried Pork
  1. Marinate pork strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, white pepper, and a little water

  2. Prepare batter by mixing flour, cornstarch, chili powder, and garlic powder

  3. Add beer to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth and thick consistency

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the batter and mix well

  5. Coat marinated pork strips in the beer batter

  6. Heat oil to 150–160°C and fry pork over low heat until cooked through

  7. Remove pork and drain on paper towels

  8. Increase oil temperature to 180°C and fry again for 30–40 seconds until crispy and golden

  9. Drain and serve immediately
