Marinate pork strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, white pepper, and a little water
Prepare batter by mixing flour, cornstarch, chili powder, and garlic powder
Add beer to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth and thick consistency
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the batter and mix well
Coat marinated pork strips in the beer batter
Heat oil to 150–160°C and fry pork over low heat until cooked through
Remove pork and drain on paper towels
Increase oil temperature to 180°C and fry again for 30–40 seconds until crispy and golden
Drain and serve immediately
