Cook the Shrimp: Season shrimp with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil until pink and slightly charred, 2–3 minutes per side.
Cook the Noodles: Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Assemble: Divide noodles and broth into bowls, top with dumplings, shrimp, boiled eggs, scallions, and a drizzle of chili oil.
