Honey Butter Toast
  1. In a bowl mix the butter and light brown sugar with a spoon.

  2. Then incorporate the honey and salt and mix again until getting a homogeneous creamed mix

  3. Cut your bread into thick slices and remove the crust so you get even squares

  4. Spread your honey butter mix on both sides of the bread including the edges

  5. Place slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180C for 18-20min flipping them halfway through. They should get a light brown caramelised color

  6. Remove toasts from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack for 10 minutes before consuming

  7. These are best enjoyed after cooking them as the caramelized crust will tend to soften after 5 hours
