Cut the Flat Iron Steak against the grain into thin strips. For easier slicing, freeze the steak for 10-15 minutes first.
Mix together all marinade ingredients, then combine with the steak. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Mix all stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the ramen and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak in batches for about 2 minutes per side.
In the same pan, cook the broccoli over medium heat until softened and slightly charred. Add the green onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the stir fry sauce, ramen, and steak to the pan. Toss together until fully coated, then enjoy!
