Cheesy Pull-apart Meatball Sliders
  1. Prepare your grill: Prepare your pellet grill or oven at 425. In this video we used hickory pellets, but the cook is so short that any wood or pellet will work.

  2. Make the meatballs: In a large bowl combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cheese & seasoning. Then add the eggs and milk and mix. Roll into balls, season with Meat Church Garlic & Herb and place on a rimmed backing sheet.

  3. Cook the meatballs until they reach 165 internal temp which will take about 20 minutes.

  4. Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl combine the butter and seasoning and set aside.

  5. Build the sliders: Keeping the King's Hawaiian rolls attached, use a long serrated knife to slice the tops off the rolls leaving you with a top section and bottom section. Layer 5 slices of cheese across the bottom section. Place a meatball on each roll. Top each with marinara. Top the sliders with 5 more slices of cheese. Cover the sliders with the top section of the rolls. Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter.

  6. Grill the sliders: Place the tray back in the pellet grill or oven until the cheese is melted which will take about 5 minutes.

  7. Carefully transfer the sliders to a platter or cutting board and serve. Enjoy! And if you are really feeling daring, top each with pickles and ranch!
