Cheesy Sausage Pinwheels
  1. Turn the oven to 180 c fan.

  2. Roughly slice the onion and add it to a frying pan on a medium heat with a good drizzle of oil or butter and fry until soft and golden.

  3. Lay the puff pastry out flat and cover with a thin layer of the mustard.

  4. Squeeze the sausages out of their skins and spread the sausage mixture evenly on top of the mustard.

  5. Spread the onion across the top and finally sprinkle over the grated cheddar.

  6. Roll the pastry into one long sausage (not tightly or you'll have raw pastry) and slice into even disks.

  7. Place them on a lined tray, brush with either egg or milk and bake at 180 for 25 minutes.

  8. After which, remove and that's it!
