High Protein Sticky Date & Walnut Mini Buns
  1. In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, egg, flour, sweetener, baking powder and baking soda until combined.

  2. Use 2 spoons to create dough balls in a small oven-proof dish.

  3. Sprinkle the dates and walnuts.

  4. Bake or air fry at 150°C for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
