Chocolate Orange Protein Truffles
  1. Blend the dates, chickpeas, cacao powder, cashew butter together until smooth.

  2. Roll into 25g balls with oat flour to help against the stickiness.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 mins to firm up before adding the chocolate layer.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and add each ball at a time to coat them.

  5. Freeze for 10 mins to harden and voila!
