Saute your veggies
Season with salt and pepper
Add your spices
Add as much garlic as you like
Add in your ground beef and cook until nicely brown
Add in a few tablespoons of tomato paste and let that cook off a bit
Add in your broth, marinara beans, Parmesan rind, and bay leaf
Let that simmer for about 30 minutes
Pour in your uncooked ditalini
Let that cook for another 10 minutes
Throw in a couple handfuls of kale and some lemon juice
