Fried Avocado Tacos
  1. Start by cutting your avocado into slices ~¼ inch thick.

  2. Mix up flour, water, and salt in a bowl until no clumps. In another bowl pour bread crumbs.

  3. Begin heating a large pan over medium heat with a tbsp of olive oil.

  4. Dip sliced avocado into flour mixture and then into bread crumbs. Place in hot pan and fry for ~4 min. CAREFULLY flip and cook other side until crispy and brown. Add more oil if needed.

  5. Assemble tacos: cabbage, fried avocado, cherry tomatoes, cashew lime crema on top.

  6. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
