Tahini Roasted Chickpeas
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

  2. Add to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200C

  4. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas in a single layer.

  5. Bake 35-40 minutes, moving them around on the tray 1-2 times while in the oven.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  7. Enjoy!
