Char Sui Pork
  1. If pork shoulder not pre cut, cut into inch thick steaks.

  2. Pierce with a fork

  3. Marinate the pork for at least an hour (overnight is best)

  4. Cook on a rack in the oven at 220 for 30mins.

  5. Regularly flipping and basting is the sauce.

  6. Take out and serve over rice

  7. Enjoy
