Tilapia With Avocado And Corn Salsa
  1. Mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Then sprinkle spice mixture on both sides of the fillet.

  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, avocados, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to taste to make Avocado Corn Salsa.

  3. On a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry tilapia fillets for ~3 minutes on each side, or until fish is no longer translucent and breaks apart with a fork. Remove from heat.

  4. Top tilapia with avocado and corn salsa. Serve and enjoy!
