For the Korean beef, mix together the ground beef, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, and sliced green onions.
Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
Assemble the bowls by dividing the cooked rice and Korean beef mixture evenly between 5 servings. Top with a drizzle of the sriracha mayo and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
