Peel and cut the potato into similar shapes as the carrots.
Cut stew beef into bite-size pieces.
Get a large pot and cook the onions first.
Take out the onions and cook the beef in the pot.
Add a little bit more oil.
Season the beef with a little bit of salt.
Cook the beef for a couple of minutes until it's cooked on all sides.
Add the carrots and potatoes.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the potatoes and carrots start to soften up a little bit.
Add the onions.
Add 2 cups of bone broth with about ¾ cups of water.
Bring to a simmer.
Prep curry cubes by cutting them into tiny pieces.
Add the curry cubes to the pot.
Once the cubes dissolve, you should get a nice thick gravy consistency.
Add about a 4th cup of tomato sauce at the end.
Your curry is done once your potatoes are completely cooked.
Get your noodles and pour as much sauce as your heart desires.
