Curry Udon Noodles
  1. Peel and cut the potato into similar shapes as the carrots.

  2. Cut stew beef into bite-size pieces.

  3. Get a large pot and cook the onions first.

  4. Take out the onions and cook the beef in the pot.

  5. Add a little bit more oil.

  6. Season the beef with a little bit of salt.

  7. Cook the beef for a couple of minutes until it's cooked on all sides.

  8. Add the carrots and potatoes.

  9. Cook for about 5 minutes until the potatoes and carrots start to soften up a little bit.

  10. Add the onions.

  11. Add 2 cups of bone broth with about ¾ cups of water.

  12. Bring to a simmer.

  13. Prep curry cubes by cutting them into tiny pieces.

  14. Add the curry cubes to the pot.

  15. Once the cubes dissolve, you should get a nice thick gravy consistency.

  16. Add about a 4th cup of tomato sauce at the end.

  17. Your curry is done once your potatoes are completely cooked.

  18. Get your noodles and pour as much sauce as your heart desires.
