Blackened Garlic Parmesan Wings With Dill Ranch Dip
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk until smooth.

  2. Stir in the dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  6. In a small bowl mix the blackened seasoning ingredients & set aside.

  7. Pat the chicken wings very dry with paper towels.

  8. Toss the wings with the baking powder, blackened seasoning mix & then lightly coat them with oil.

  9. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for the air to circulate.

  10. Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.

  11. Continue cooking until they’re golden brown, crispy & the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  12. While the wings cook, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

  13. Add the minced garlic and parsley and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.

  14. Remove from the heat.

  15. Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl.

  16. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the wings and toss to coat.

  17. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese, stir and enjoy!
