White Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat.

  2. Whisk in the flour until dissolved and smooth.

  3. Slowly whisk in the milk. Lower heat to medium low and simmer for a couple minutes to thicken slightly.

  4. Stir in the cayenne pepper and salt.

  5. Stir in the grated cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
