Tortilla Kebab Skewers
  1. In a bowl, mix raw ground meat with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.

  2. On a flat surface, layer the tortillas, spreading a thin layer of spiced raw meat and cheese between each one.

  3. Gently press the stack together, then slice into thick vertical strips (about 1.5 inches wide).

  4. Carefully thread each strip onto a skewer vertically.

  5. Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).

  6. If grilling, cook each side for 6–7 minutes until meat is fully cooked and edges are golden.

  7. If baking, place skewers on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 20–22 minutes, until the meat reaches 165°F internally and tortillas are crisp.

  8. Serve hot with sauces, lemon wedges, or fresh herbs.
