Brown the sausages in a pan (or use the sear function on your slow cooker)
Add the sausages to the slow cooker along with everything except the crème fraîche and parsley. Give it a good stir
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Stir through the crème fraîche and cook for a further 10 minutes until creamy
Serve with mash and tenderstem broccoli
