  1. Peel, cut, and boil potatoes until soft. Transfer to bowl, then add peas, chickpeas, and spices. Mash well together until a bit chunky. Set aside.

  2. I used homemade @klopokitchen_ green onion pancakes 😜 or store bought. Fold as shown in video like a disc. Heat up oil in pan, and pan fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides.

  3. Serve and enjoy! I topped mine with chili oil.
