Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine alfredo, broth, and all seasonings in a 9x13 and stir until smooth.
Add broken noodles, meatballs, spinach, and 1 cup mozzarella, stir and press noodles down into the sauce.
Scatter cream cheese cubes throughout, do not stir them in.
Top with remaining 1½ cups mozzarella and all the Parmesan, cover tightly with two layers of foil.
Bake covered 50 minutes, do not lift the foil.
Uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest 10 minutes before scooping.
