Blend cottage cheese and almond milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into Creami pint.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix together with a frother, whisk, fork, or whatever you've got. Cover with lid and freeze for 8 hours minimum.
Spin ice cream on the "light ice cream" setting. Remove lid and add 1 tbsp of water or milk, then re-spin.
Add in whatever mix-ins you love (run on "mix-in" function) or enjoy as is!
