Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
Mix all the base ingredients together in a medium bowl
Press the Biscuit Base down firmly into your mould.
Bake for l0-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to completely cool down.
In a new bowl add all the Caramel ingredients together and mix.
When your biscuit base has cooled down spoon the Caramel mix over the top and spread evenly.
Place in the Freezer while you melt your chocolate and Coconut Oil.
Spread your Melted Chocolate evenly over the top and place in the freezer until set.
