In a mixing bowl, add jowar flour, psyllium husk, salt, and Greek yogurt.
Add baking soda and vinegar.
Pour in ~250 ml water gradually and mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Wet or grease your palms and divide into 4 equal portions. Roll into smooth buns.
Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
Let them cool completely before slicing.
