Eggless High-protein Jowar Buns
  1. In a mixing bowl, add jowar flour, psyllium husk, salt, and Greek yogurt.

  2. Add baking soda and vinegar.

  3. Pour in ~250 ml water gradually and mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

  4. Wet or grease your palms and divide into 4 equal portions. Roll into smooth buns.

  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.

  7. Let them cool completely before slicing.
