Peach Tart
  1. In a food processor pulse butter with half the flour, all the sugar, cinnamon and pecans until crumbly, add remaining flour and egg and pulse until combined.

  2. Take half the mixture and press into tart shell.

  3. Add peaches then sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top

  4. Bake 375 for 45-55 minutes.
