Cube your sirloin roast
Season and mix well
Preheat pan to medium heat, add 2-3 tbsp avocado oil
Add meat leaving enough space between each piece
Cook for 1.5-2 min before flipping. Cook for 1.5-2 more min and remove from pan
Add garlic to the same pan the steak was in and cook until lightly browned
Add stock, turn heat to high, stir to deglaze the pan and let reduce until it starts to thicken (5-10 min)
Once thickened, kill the heat and stir in your cold butter
Once the butter melts, add your fresh herbs
Add the steak bites and their juices back to the pan, toss, and serve
