Bbq Kobb Salad
  1. Place the lettuce in a large bowl and toss with ½ cup of Healthnut ranch dressing.

  2. Toss the chicken in the BBQ sauce and place it on top of the lettuce.

  3. Arrange the corn, beans, tomatoes, jicama, cheese, avocado, green onions and tortilla strips over the lettuce.

  4. Drizzle with the remaining ¼ cup of Health Nut Ranch Dressing, squeeze half a lime and serve.
